Description

Mercedes-Benz BlueTec Emulator is made to emulate original Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) system on the lightweight Mercedes-Benz BlueTec vehicles. Installation of this device will stop consumption of DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) liquid. Moreover, it can be used in case SCR system is damaged, so it can be mounted on properly operating Mercedes-Benz Bluetec vehicles and on those with faulty BlueTec systems. Mercedes-Benz BlueTec Emulator is the only solution that is available for BlueTec vehicles on the market. Mercedes-Benz BlueTec Emulator is tested, fully compatible, safe and easy to install (also easy to uninstall). After installation of this device on any compatible Mercedes-Benz BlueTec vehicle it will stop using DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid like AdBlue or other) completely. No DTC (Data Trouble Code) errors on OBD (On-Board Diagnostics) system will appear, no engine power and torque loss or additional smoke from the exhaust system. The vehicle will run normally, there will be zero DEF liquid consumption. This BlueTec emulator completely overrides all components like NOx sensors of the BlueTec vehicle exhaust system and others. We will provide all necessary installation manuals, there is no need for special tools or knowledge to install this device. We just recommend deleting all DTC errors before installation if it’s possible. It is compatible with Mercedes-Benz BlueTec vehicles equipped with SCRCM (SCR control module with data card code – U42). Compatible vehicles are based on chassis: W212, X204, W164, X164, W166, X166, W251, W221, W463, W906 and W906. Version with support for chassis W205 and W222 is in the development stage. Attention! SCR emulators are illegal in some countries. You should check your local laws or laws of those countries that you might cross with your vehicle. SCR emulator alters SCR system thus makes the vehicle to produce higher exhaust gas emissions. EURO 6 and EURO 5 vehicles equipped with SCR emulator device will no longer match those EURO standards. Our SCR emulators designed for countries where environmental rules are less strict, and there are no requirements for vehicles to satisfy EURO 6 or EURO 5 regulations.
